The essence of Colle delle Querce is captured in its magnificent views and in the comfort of its rustic but elegant décor blended with fully modern conveniences. It is positioned on a hillside overlooking unspoiled Umbrian countryside with a picture-perfect view of Todi and the Tiber River below. It consists of two renovated stone villas separated by a courtyard on 7 1/2 hectares (about 18 acres) of land that contains a swimming pool, a small vineyard, over 500 olive trees, a 40-tree fruit orchard, a large vegetable garden and a small forest.

Forests, farms and other country estates punctuate the lovely, pastoral vistas. There are a number of walking trails that take you through the surrounding areas. The closest medieval town, Todi with its variety of shops and restaurants, is only 15 minutes by car.

Todi is located in the center of the province of Umbria, known as the green heart of Italy. Umbria is famous for its medieval and renaissance art, fine cuisine and its historic role in the evolution of Italian culture. It is still unspoiled by modern tourism.
