Swimming Pool
The 7 x 15 meter pool is located between the vineyard, the olive grove and the fruit orchard. It overlooks the rolling countryside and is completely private in its own landscaped-area. The pool area has a portico for shade, and the pool house contains a refrigerator for refreshments.
Vineyard
Colle delle Querce has its own small vineyard consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The vineyard borders the swimming pool.
Olive Grove
We have about 500 olive trees and each year we produce our own delicious organic olive oil. We offer all guests our olive oil during their stay with us.
Fruit orchard
Our fruit orchard has about 40 trees (cherry, peach, plum, pear, apricot, apple, figs, walnut, almond and hazelnut trees). All fruit is organic and is available for guests to collect when in season.
Vegetable Garden
We offer to our guests our fresh vegetables when in season (lettuce, tomatoes, fennel, spinach, zucchini, garlic, onions, etc.). All vegetables are organic and are available for our guests.
Panoramic Views
Colle delle Querce is completely isolated from its neighbors and has a full unspoiled, 360° view of forests, countryside, the Tiber River below, a full view of Todi on the next hill and numerous hamlets and villas that populate the surrounding countryside.

Home-cooked Meals
On request, arrangements can be made with local farmers’ wives to
prepare meals.
Cantina
For wine enthusiasts, we have a small winery and wine museum. Visits and wine
tasting can be arranged. Organic products, such as olive oil and marmalade, can
be acquired here.
Sport Activities
There are numerous footpaths and country lanes for touring the surrounding area. In addition, facilities are available in the Todi area for renting bicycles, tennis courts and for horseback riding. Assistance can be provided for making reservations.
